The pizza at Uratche! is authentic, kneaded and fermented by hand every day.Once an order is placed, each piece is carefully stretched and baked in a stone oven at 400 degrees.The dough contains rice flour, making it chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside.Despite its 25cm diameter, it has a thin Roman dough that goes perfectly with alcohol.
